Why make a shrine to Tenten? Simple - she is one of my favorite characters from Naruto. I've liked her ever since I saw her the first time - in episode 21, when she appeared with her team. And after her match against Temari in the chuunin exams, I grew to like her even more.
Her personality, her looks, her attacks - everything.

So I decided to make a shrine, simple as that. Because Tenten doesn't get the attention she deserves. She's a minor character, so she doesn't get mentioned much. And besides, there's a huge lack of Naruto-shrines around these days.
